It is directly above 2 restaurants, across the street from a fire station, on the other side is the Salvation army & on the other side is a park. AC is not provided. People come & go regularly so it could be full which in that case you may need to find street parking but lot usually isn’t full long. Parking lot is shared with Pizza & Ramen restaurant below. Farmers Market on Wednesdays & Saturdays, plus every Friday there’s a night market with food trucks & live music located by Jackie Rays which is just down the street from our local Tavern that has Open Mic Mondays & free karaoke on Wednesday & Thursdays. I’m happy to tell you about my favorite spots if you need any suggestions! There is a bus that goes around the island called the Hele-On Bus (we recommend looking up the updated time schedules & routes online) As well as taxi, Uber, Lyft & rental car options. This is a NON smoking unit. No smoking in the unit. You are allowed to smoke in the parking lots. Just please stand away from the building (30 ft) & please properly dispose of your waste. YouTube is a great alternative if you don’t use the other apps. Hawaii is a tropical climate. It can get hot, humid & rainy at times. We have a ceiling fan and stand up fans to hopefully help. Inside the apartment there is a open wall between the living room and bedroom (see pictures in listing) meaning the second bedroom isn't totally private.
