Walk to the fantastic beach & activity area at Kalapaki Bay, right across the street! This condo is very tastefully furnished and stocked retreat, with a backyard Lanai and view that beats ALL! Great space to relax, cook, dine. Rice cooker, Blender, Crockpot, BBQ utensils in addition to fully equiped kitchen. Outside boasts 3 personal Lanais for the corner unit condo, beautiful grounds, pool area, outdoor barbecues and nice walking & sitting benches. Lanai Rocking Chairs & Lounge Chairs. Great central location in Lihue on the island of Kauai. An easy walk across the road to famous Kalapaki beach! Guests have access to the condo complex furnished BBQ areas (stocked and daily cleaned BBQs), Stunning view of Kalapaki Bay from the salt water swimming pool, shuffleboard court and tennis courts. You will have one or two easy to use quick swipe electronic keys upon registering at the resort office. The office charges $10 for any lost or non-returned keys. Open and Free parking with spaces usually in front of or very near the front door of the condo. Please don’t back in to parking spaces, always pull into spaces forward as per the resort rules. You may have one or two free parking permits. Will provide you onsite upon your arrival, Check into the Banyan Harbor front office and they will give you your room keys and a free parking permit. I am available by phone during your stay. I have a local cleaning company nearby and onsite maintenance. Amazing location on the Island! Just 1.8 miles from Lihue Airport. Lihue is the hub of the island, with so much to do and see. A wonderful place for a nice comfortable stay, but also a terrific central location under 10 miles to popular Poipu Beach areas and super fun Kapaa' ! Close to public transportation, car rental companies, ample on site FREE parking if you have a rental car. An easy walk across the road to the beach and shopping areas. Approx 10 places to eat within walking distance! Island bus stop just a short walk out from the resort. Uber service all over the island now too! This condo is right across the street from popular Anchor Cove restaurants, shops, and the Kalapaki bay beach in front of the Marriott resort. I have beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear and more available for your use. You can search on the internet for Kauai Marriott web cam for fun, live view of the beach. Washer and 2 Dryers inside the condo. Laundry detergent & products in the lower bathroom cupboard near the laundry units. Both bathrooms have blowdryers and various other hair tools like curling irons & straighteners. Hairspray usually here too. From condo, since it is ground floor, there are not direct ocean views...But the backyard view is LUSH, tranquil, beautiful. Just a very nice place to relax in a convenient location on the island. Note: the cleaning fee is actually less than the professional cleaning company charges after your stay. Super Important! Checkout has to be by 10am due to housekeeping schedule requiring at least 6 hours to prepare it for the next check in at 4pm. If you have a Later flight schedule please book that day as well to be able to check out later that day. Otherwise you might end up very uncomfortable out and waiting for a pm flight. Just depends how late your flight is. A few guests have chosen to head out with their belongings & explore all day until it’s time to go to the airport. (I’ve been told it’s challenging though and not fun to not be able to shower before the flight)
