Codes are required to get into the lobby which holds the extremely fast elevators. Codes are also required to get into the gorgeous pool area. You will feel very safe and secure at the Marisol! Enjoy the most amazing sunsets or enjoy your morning coffee on your very own third floor balcony with all new furniture with enough seating for the entire family! Our living room has beautiful furniture with a sleeper sofa, a big flat screen TV and an amazing view from anywhere you decided to relax. Be one of the first families to get the chance to enjoy this amazing condo! We have made this condo family friendly with playing cards, games and puzzles for the kids to enjoy if you happen to have a rainy day. We also have several movies for the DVD player! The master suite has a very nice king size bed with new bedding, a flat screen TV, walk-in closet and beautiful furnishings. You can sit in bed and look at the stunning view of the gulf. Open the sliding door to the balcony and listen to the waves crash on the beach. We also have a newly decorated bathroom with Tommy Bahama items, new rugs and towels. The separate walk-in shower and whirlpool bathtub will help you to relax and enjoy your vacation. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to stay in and create an amazing meal for your family (if you want to!). We have table seating for six with extra seating for three at the breakfast bar. We have also included a desk in the kitchen area with a wireless printer and a charging dock/Bluetooth speaker for you to listen to music while you are eating breakfast or getting packed up for the day. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with all new bedding, a flat screen TV, and a connecting door to the hall bathroom. A ceiling fan will help to keep it nice and cool and there is a nice sized closet also. The third bedroom, which is directly across the hall from the second bedroom, has a full sized bed, all new bedding, a flat screen TV, a nice sized closet and a ceiling fan. The hall bathroom has two entry doors, one from the second bedroom and one from the hallway. New bathroom décor has brightened up this very spacious and nicely decorated second bathroom. With dual vanities and plenty of cabinet space, there is enough room for all of the necessities for your family. We have a full sized laundry room with a standard sized washer and dryer. We have also included a couple drying racks for your convenience. We hope that if you rent our wonderful condo, you have the best vacation possible!
