Other things to note One of our great advantages is that we are in the middle of a tourist area with the marina, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and cafes within 50m of the front door. Mostly Oulton Broad is quiet and peaceful however some pubs have licences to play music up to 1am on weekends and get busy in Summer. They also show live sport especially during championships. Generally they cause no issues, are very safe, and we have good relationships with the owners. Please read our consistently excellent reviews, however we have no control over the schedules or music and cannot be held responsible for any noise issues. We are a great base for events in Lowestoft and the East Coast, Latitude Festival is a 25 minute drive, and the local park and Broad have regular sailing and boating regattas, events and concerts. There is even a local Banksy trail starting just round the corner. Dogs are welcome although please confirm with us before booking. We are a first floor apartment with balcony so supervision is requested, although the walks are abundant and the beaches and riverways very close. Please bring all beds, bowls, cages and blankets needed as none are provided.
