Gorgeous Rustic Barn Conversion. Shire Horse Barn is one of two cottages, sharing a communal entrance hall with Threshers Barn. Shire Horse Barn has a garden, and patio entrance doors. Both can be rented separately or together to cater for groups of up to 12. Shire Horse Barn has a twin room on the ground floor next to the bathroom. Double bed on the mezzanine floor. There is also a Z-bed available, allowing sleeping for an extra child or adult. Cot and High chair available. Underfloor heating. The space We welcome guests with well behaved dogs. There are miles of glorious heathland and woodland walks just outside the back door! A Peaceful and tranquil spot, yet only 15 mins drive from Norwich and 20 mins to the coast. In summer take a stroll to village across the heath, about 40 mins walk ( or 2 mins drive) where you will find the dog friendly pub The Plough, doing fabulous carverys and other food Guest access Both cottages are self-contained and fully equipped. Both have underfloor heating and a woodburner. Very warm and cosy in winter. Free WiFi and Flat screen TV with Freeview & DVD players. All Bed-linen is supplied as are towels and tea towels. Please bring your own Beach towels. Other things to note The garden of Threshers Barn is fully enclosed and Dog safe. The Garden of Shire Horse Barn also has the communal parking area within it - so although the gates can be shut to contain dogs, other guests may need to open them to get cars in and out.
