Private Hawaii Kai Studio with separate entrance and King Sized bed close to Hanauma Bay, Sandy Beach and Makapuu Beach. The studio apartment has its own separate entrance to a private patio area outside the entrance. Inside one will find the freshly painted space with a king size bed, chair with reading light, cable television, walk in closet area with a mini fridge-freezer and bathroom with walk in shower. Apartment will also include a microwave and a coffee pot. The patio area includes two chairs and a table as well as a chaise lounge. the table can easily be moved inside if a work table is needed. Guests will have access to the private patio and studio apartment. There is plenty of free street parking within 50 feet of the entrance all the time. If there is any issue with parking on the street, we can make arrangements for you to park in the driveway. The neighborhood is a highly desirable area within Hawaii Kai. Quiet and safe, it is a pleasant area for taking walks and exploring. In back of the neighborhood about 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment is a series of plant nursery farms. Views of Koko Crater as well as the marina from water front lots exist along a stroll of the neighborhood. Sandy Beach Park is 1.5 miles away. Hanauma Bay is 1.7 miles away. Makapuu Beach park is 2.3 miles away. Bellows Field Beach Park in Waimanalo is a wonderful white sand beach open on the weekend only starting at noon on Friday. 4.2 miles away, It is a more friendly beach for boogie boarding or just taking a nice long walk. Another 3 miles away is Kailua Beach Park. One of the prettier drives on the island is the stretch from the apartment to Kailua. There is plenty of free street parking outside the apartment within 50 feet of the entrance. The closest bus stop is 1/4 mile away. There are a number of excellent restaurants in Hawaii Kai. The Original Roy's in Hawaii Kai is only 1.7 miles away if you are interested in fine dining. Kona Brewing Company is a more relaxed eatery with microbrews. Next door is the Greek Marina for Greek food. Also located in the Koko Marina shopping center is Assagios Italian food, Gokoku Sushi and Bubbies Ice Cream. Moena Cafe is one of the better breakfast spots on the island. Koko Marina also features a multi plex movie theater complex.
