Located on the North shore of Kauai, this hip & spacious studio is in the heart of Princeville. We are short 10 minute drive to Hanalei! This is a second floor unit with high ceilings and spacious lanai to enjoy Kauai’s trade winds. We have a California King bed, smart tv, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster and wifi and AC. There are beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear and a beach cooler. There is a great pool on property with jacuzzi and BBQ grills. A lockbox holds the entry door key. The code will be with directions. There is a key to the pool in the condo. The password to the wireless internet can be found in the condo manual. One parking spot allotted in front lot or back lot per reservation. We are on island and easily accessible by text. The Princeville area provides stunning Cliff-side views of the Pacific Ocean and the most beautiful sunsets over Hanalei Bay. Walk, run or ride the Princeville path to take advantage of the breathtaking views along the way. We are 10 minutes from Hanalei and a short distance to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We are a quick drive to the start of the Kalalau hiking trail which has stunning views of the Napali Coast. We are walking distance to the Princeville shopping center where you will find a grocery store, a post office, banks, a hardware store, restaurants and shopping with one of a kind finds unique to Kauai. A world-class golf course, the Makai Golf Club, is only a 10 minute walk from the condo where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or sunset drinks. They also offer tennis clinics and racquet rentals. If wanting to explore outside of the Princeville area, a rental vehicle is recommended. Please know smoking is not allowed in unit r on lanai area. There is a designated smoking area downstairs in the parking area. There is one “unreserved” guest parking spot allowed in the condo parking lot. A parking tag can be found in the condo and parking is free of charge.
