Welcome to our beach condo Kauai Kailani 220! We fell in love Kauai Kailani because it has a vintage Hawaii, low-key beach vibe. This complex has been completely renovated with luxurious boutique finishes. This relaxing garden view condo is a second floor end unit with complete privacy on the lanai, and yet it is less than 100 steps to the beach! TA-090-830-2336-01 Our condo is fully furnished with all the amenities. A comfy king sized bed in the master bedroom with a ceiling fan, a comfy queen bed with a ceiling fan and shoji doors for privacy, a washer/dryer, air-conditioning, flat screen TV, in the living room and master bedroon, and a spacious private lanai. We have a full kitchen, with everything you will need to cook a meal or not, as there are many amazing restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. We also have beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella to help you enjoy your trips to the various beaches around the island. While you can enjoy the privacy of a garden view lanai, you have full access to the beach and the beach front pool. There is also second garden view pool a few steps from condo. There are bbq's and a recreation room with a ping-pong table. There is cable tv, free wifi and free parking with NO resort fees! We live in Kapa'a, and can take care of any emergencies should they arise. Kapaa is an excellent place to base yourself for your vacation on Kauai. It is close to the airport and centrally located for to a trip to both Poipu Beach, and Hanalei Bay. A 24 hour Safeway is directly (a 3 minute walk) across the street along with a starbucks, Subway, Ross, an ABC store, well reviewed 9th Island Bar and Grill, and various other small shops. There is also a relaxing, ocean front walking/bike path one block from the condo. While you can vacation at this location without a rental car, we find it best to rent one to experience the full extent that Kauai has to offer. There are no resort fees. For this condo, you do not have to check in at a different location, I will provide you a code about a week before your stay. There is no hidden cleaning fee, all costs are presented up front when you book. There is a 24/7 security guard on our property at all times.
