Mt Marathon Apartments This charming and cozy 1 bedroom is located just 1 block from Resurrection Bay and the Sea Life Center and 1 street over from downtown shops and restaurants. One of Sewards oldest buildings and originally a boarding house from the old railroad days, come stay and be part of Sewards history. This rental has been totally renovated but we kept some of the old charm. Great walking path 1 block away that leads to the small boat harbor 1 easy mile away. Small but quaint. The size is approximately the same as a standard hotel room, but we provided a lot more amenities. This rental has been totally renovated but we kept some of the old charm. Kitchen has single induction plate, convection oven, microwave, air fryer, Keurig, French press and refrigerator. Free WIFI boasting highest speed available with unlimited data. Streaming heaven if the rain socks you in. It is a 1 bedroom with queen super comfy bed, closet, chest of drawers. 1 bathroom with tub/shower UPDATED: entry/living space now had 2 chairs and we no longer provide a “bed” for a 3rd. We do allow a child, but we only have a trifold mattress that can be used on the floor. We can provide bedding for this. We are quiet building and observe quiet hours. We have local residents who also live in the building. We provide employment opportunity for a few local resident with your cleaning fee. Charcoal grill and other seating with tables in the sun or under a tree. Plenty of outdoor lounging space. Gym across the street and banks within walking distance. We are not always in Seward but I am within driving distance and I do have an on-sight person who is responsible and very helpful. reachable via phone or text. Feel free to ask for help :-) Historical Downtown Seward One block over on 4th and Adams is a free shuttle. City of Seward Shuttle Public transportation: Taxis and Lyft (Not allowed to publish phone numbers) We list that this sleeps 3. It does with a queen bed in the bedroom and futon in the living area. I do not recommend this for 4 adults as it is a very tight squeeze. Several have had 4 adults and agree it is not ideal. For a night or 2 its ok, especially if your on a budget. For maximum comfort I'd suggest only 2 adults and max 2 children.
