"You & Me" cabin is the perfect getaway for two in the Ocala National Forest. If you're looking to rekindle & reconnect with one another this is the place. Away from civilization & the hustle & bustle of life, you & your spouse can take a peaceful walk, sit & relax at the dock for a beautiful sunset or enjoy a starry night. Lots of outside activities like hiking trails & Salt Springs. You'll find dining & shopping nearby in Palatka, Silver Springs & Ocala. You'll never regret your stay! The space This an open kitchen, living room, and dining room home. Two bathrooms and one bedroom with a queen bed. Guest access This is a gated community with a circular road. Guests may park in the designated area, the driveway is for walking only. Other things to note * Please park in designated areas only. This is to prevent oil and other leaks from staining the driveway and the guest from incurring driveway cleaning fees. * No pets allowed. * No smoking inside or outside of the premises. There will be a cleaning fee of $200 assessed if smoking occurs indoors. * No burning of candles or incense whether décor or your own. * Please tie garbage bag nightly and keep kitchen well cleaned to prevent bugs and ants. * Laundry facility is available for 7 night stays only. Please be considerate and replenish to laundry detergent as you use it. * Please place décor pillows in the chair not on the floor at night. * Please be considerate and replenish to coffee, condiments and ziplocks as you use them. * All food purchased must be removed from the freezer and refrigerator at checkout. * All garbage goes outside in the cans. Please contact owner if they get full. * Please do not rearrange or move furniture. * Place all linens and towels in the bathtub at checkout. Please leave the comforter on the bed. * It's best to leave shoes outside at the door due to the sand and dirt. * Please turn off lights and set air at 77 when leaving. * All dishes must be fully dry and returned to proper place. * Please lock windows and doors if you leave. * Please use placemats and coasters to prevent scratches. * Limited toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and dish detergent provided. * Please do not attempt to enter locked storage and laundry room. * Please do not use anything sharp on countertops, use the provided cutting board. Please use trivets for hot pots/pans. * Please clean the stove top as soon as it cools down with dish soap and water to prevent scratches and the food sticking. Please clean microwave after each use. * Fireplace and TV remote are in the coffee table drawer. If there are any problems, please contact the owner. * Do not leave fireplace on unattended. * No parties. * Any apps downloaded on the TV must be deleted by checkout. * Please make sure purchased toilet paper is SEPTIC SAFE. * Please do not leave any garbage at the dock. * No frying fish in the house. *
