Also, there is a large living area with a couch and television, a fully equipped kitchen and a furnished outdoor patio.

Amenities inside this unit are superb. It features a large living space with couches and a television, a dedicated parking stall, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and on-site washer and dryer. Furthermore, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils. The unit has a view of the nearby golf course.

The unit is located in the gated Kuilima East Estates complex featuring a community pool, BBQ area, tennis court and gazebo. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction.

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

Pool Policy: access to the community pool.

In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, LoveRentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $55 covers up to $1,500 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
