This is a sunny, bright, 3 bedroom house with open plan for living space and a nice little yard and deck. It is on a dead end street with some limited water views. Bring your bikes and your boat! Public boat launch in town and many great beaches within a 15 minute drive. Great neighborhood for biking. Town is close. Wonderful summer location but beautiful any time of year! Guest access The entire house and yard. Please be aware that there is NO access to the beach across the street from the house. Other things to note Please be advised that there is a camera outside the home monitoring the entry door to the home. There are no cameras inside the home.
