The villa SUNSHINE DREAMS leaves little to be desired, from the spacious newly built pool with waterfall on the large partially covered sun terrace with loungers, seating and a large dining table and gas barbecue grill. The house has 4 Sleepingrooms und 3 bathrooms. The dining area provides seats at the table for up to 8 people. The house is large enough for two families and it is very children friendly. The house has three full bathrooms with tub, shower, toilet and Sink. Three bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, the master bedroom with a king-size bed. The house has an extensive equipment which is completely available to our guests . During the stay, our propertymanager is available for questions and assistance. The house is located in a gated community with mostly American neighbors. The house is 20 minutes drive from Southwest Florida International Airport. The beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are just 10-15 minutes’ drive away. Please note that we count every guest over 2 years for the booking.
