Property roughly 30 minutes from Camden/Rockland area and beaches. Swimming, fishing. This property is beautiful in all seasons. Great for leaf peeping. Ice fishing in the winter, watch your flags from the living room, ice skating. The space There is a double kayak and a paddleboard available to use while you stay, a great way to explore this lake that is 3 miles long and 1 mile wide. Listen to the loons and ducks, there is a fire pit by the lake for your enjoyment. We will provide life jackets. Swimming and fishing. Because this is lake front, we have a Water Activity Addendum we ask guest to sign upon arrival for insurance purposes. Guest access I wanted to let guest know, one bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed, the other is in the bottom of the home with a queen bed. There is a twin bed and a full in the pool room and an air mattress that could be in the living room. Because this house is only 100' from the lake, I feel with the main floor between the bedrooms, safety is important with small children. Other things to note There is a dock on the front yard if interested to bring a boat of your own. There is public access to dock boats, across the lake to the left. The state of Maine has a Certificate of Compliance every person entering must comply with. It says every person will either get a negative test for Covid 19 within 72 hours of entering or they will self quarantine for 14 days. They must have this with them when here in Maine and I need a copy for myself as well. These are difficult times for everyone and we need to all need to be safe. Thanks. The state has stated, as of July 3rd, people who visit from N.H. - N.Y. -Conn. -VT-. N.J., no longer need to get the test before coming into the state and do not need to quarantine. However the state of Maine is strongly urging visitors to be tested in their home state before traveling to Maine.
