If you have questions about your reservation before arrival, the AirBNB inbox/dashboard is an efficient method of communication. When you book, you will receive an email that will give you a 24-hour phone number as well as an e-mail for the front desk. The agents on the AirBNB inbox are reservations agents, and are not able to solve problems, grant early check-ins/late check-outs, etc. This will need to be addressed by contacting the front desk via the info provided after check-in. Inbox messages after 8 PM central and before 8 AM central will likely not be answered until 8 AM, as reservations is not 24 hours. You will receive an email from our company that will require you to fill out a rental agreement/credit card authorization form as well as send in a copy of your ID. The credit card authorization form is strictly to protect against egregious damage/uncleanliness. We do not intend to charge or put a hold on it unless this occurs. You are also able to complete this process at the front desk if you choose to do so instead. Primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years of age and must be an occupant during the stay.
