The kitchen overlooks the large 12m pool which has comfortable seating and loungers for lazy summer days. The sunroom's large glass windows open fully and bring the outdoors indoor. The house is cool in summer and there is garden seating in shady areas from which to enjoy the spacious garden. The long sandy beach of Strand is 10 minutes drive away and great for children with its shallow entry and protection from its reef. There are solar geysers and solar outdoor lights and wifi and cellphone charging continues during any load shedding. Together with the gas hob and battery powered lights life can continue as normal. Other things to note Please note there is a cat and two friendly spaniels who live on the property. Only suitable for pet lovers. There is a pool which is not fenced off from the house. No children and guests allowed on the property who cannot swim.
