New, beautiful private residence in a family friendly neighborhood located a mile from Kailua town. 2 Large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. For families with young children we have pack n play, stroller, toddler dishes and various kids toys. We also have AC in both bedrooms for comfortable sleeping. AC is available from 7pm-7am. We want to respect your privacy and will keep contact to a minimum. Nonetheless, after check-in if you need assistance, we are available a text or phone call away. 30 day Minimum Rental We live at this residence with our 2 children, dog and cat, however this second floor apartment above our garage and has its own private entrance.
