The ground floor guest bedroom is appointed with two twin beds and opens to the back yard and pool deck through a sliding glass door. A full bathroom in the adjacent hallway is here for your guests use and makes a great restroom if needed while enjoying the pool and back yard. The back yard is sure to be one of your favorite spots of the house. The views are endless, sunrises over Estero Bay tantalizing, and the general calmness of the water tranquil. The in-ground heated pool is there to cool you off on those hot Florida days while watching the dolphins frolic in the Bay. Try your luck at fishing from the backyard dock and grill up your prized catch on the gas grill for dinner. Rent a boat or launch a kayak and explore the waters of Estero Bay.
