Beautiful home with less than a 15-minute drive to Honolulu and the beaches. Close to Ala Moana, Waikiki and many other wonderful Hawaii landmarks. You can also easily drive to the North Shore, Kailua and Hawaii Kai. Get to Aloha Stadium effortlessly to take advantage of the sales or even better go to Waikele Premium Outlets. This house has ample street parking and 2 washer/dryers. Beautiful studio with your own small kitchen. This place is excellent for military visitors as it is close to Tripler hospital, Fort Shafter and Pearl Harbor/Hickam. There are other guests in the house, but all are excellent. I live here too so that if any problems arise a solution will be provided immediately. The house is large and is currently set in a “dorm” room style with several guests utilizing rooms, but plenty of space. Living/Dining room, Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Washers/Dryers. Samuel Mills Damon inherited the ahupuaʻa (uplands-to-sea tract) of Moanalua in 1884 from Ke Aliʻi, Bernice Pauahi Bishop, whose husband Charles Reed Bishop was a business partner of Damon. Before her, since the lands were won in battle by Kamehameha I they passed from a number of figures, then to Prince Lot Kapuāiwa (who became King Kamehameha V), and then to Princess Ruth Keʻelikōlani after Kamehameha V's passing. Damon later became one of the first trustees of the Kamehameha Schools established by the Bishops. The Damon estate sold much of Moanalua to commercial and residential developers in 1956. Moanalua is known for Moanalua park and the Hitachi tree. Furthermore, it is known as a central location to several military bases most significantly Pearl Harbor, Tripler hospital, Fort Shafter and Hickam Air Base. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. This place is best for those who are renting a car as parking on the island can be expensive, but if you don't have a car you can take a small walk to Mapunapuna to ride the bus. I do want to note that a bus ride usually takes one hour. It is also a short ride on Uber/Lyft into town. The house is rather large with 7 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3 kitchens and 2 washer/dryer machines. The house is set dorm style. There is one studio room and one other bedroom set aside for Airbnb. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
