Casa Caliente is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath single family 1 story home with no stairs. Located in Cave Creek, close to restaurants, grocery, shopping, golf, hiking, etc. Once you enter you will find a large family room, sectional couch and TV. The kitchen area offers a dining table and Foosball table with another TV. The master bedroom has a King bed w/ TV and attached bath with walk in shower. The 2nd guest bedroom offers another King bed and TV. The 3rd guest room has a Queen bed and TV. The 2nd bathroom is a tub/shower combo.

Out back you will find a pool (not able to be heated), a large dining table, a fire table to sit around, Propane BBQ (included), 4 chaise lounge chairs and bistro lights to light up the night!

2 car garage and 2 car driveway parking

A 7th person could sleep on the couch or an air mattress (available upon request)

30 minutes from PHX Airport

All linens, bath and pool towels provided

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the total Gross Rent for the reservation. Cancellations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid minus the cleaning fee, and any pool heating fees paid.
