Our condo is a one bedroom studio with a king-size bed. The full kitchen is remodeled and fully-equipped. Towels and linens are included. We have a private secure Wi-Fi in the unit, and HD TV with cable and DVD player. Heated pool, gas grills, and pro-quality clay tennis courts are located on the property. Plenty of free parking. Most importantly, you directly overlook the Gulf of Mexico from the tenth floor living room, bedroom, and balcony. Sunsets are breathtaking. The 17 acre property runs along the seven-mile white sand beach, and is adjacent to a private grassy lawn. A nearby estuary is a favorite spot for water bird photographers. On the other side of the property you can walk across the street to restaurants, Santorini Shopping Plaza, marina, and excellent restaurants. You can catch a passing trolley and tour the entire island! Saturday check-in after 3 PM, and Saturday checkout by 10 AM.
