Maui Vista is walking distance to all of your immediate needs and the Kihei weather can't be beat. Simply walk across the street and you will find Charlie Young Beach which is known for being one of the best & longest beaches in Kihei. **Ask us about renting the condo right next door - perfect for families The health and safety of our guests, homeowners, and employees is our number one priority. Our vacation rentals minimize person-to-person contact with private amenities and entry via lockboxes. After each reservation, our condos are sanitized and disinfected with expert cleaning in line with current CDC guidelines. The unit comes with FREE wifi, 2 flat screen smart TV's, cable, Keurig coffee maker/french press/tea kettle, a brand new cabinet bed in place of the sofa bed, beach amenities such as towels, boogie boards, umbrella and/or canopy, beach tables, coolers, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, noodles, mats and a handy beach cart/wagon to tote your kids in or carry your beach supplies to the pool or beach. We also have plenty of beach toys for children. For the kids we stock a pack-n-play for infants and a small stroller. Also stocked is an iron & ironing board, a full compliment of kitchen amenities including a blender/toaster/rice cooker, silverware, pots/pans, etc... Don't worry about laundry because we have a Washer and Dryer in the unit. *We offer a limited amount of toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap. If you plan to stay more than 5 days, you will need to plan for it and purchase these "extras" on your own. Access is as simple as retrieving your key from a lockbox located on the front door of the unit. Once you retrieve the key, place it back in the lock-box. There is another set of keys inside the unit for your use. The lock-box keys are there in case you get locked out. There is a $50 lock-out fee if you need assistance gaining entry due to lost keys or leaving these keys locked inside the unit. Check-in is anytime after 3pm. Please DO NOT go to the front office asking for assistance with entry. They are not a concierge. Please call the Island contact Eddia or the owner Brie for assistance (for the owner, please be mindful of PST hours). Sorry but due to wanting to ensure adequate time for cleaning, we can rarely accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs but feel free to ask, we will do what we can. ALL GUESTS MUST check in at the front office, Bldg 1. You can retrieve a parking pass at this time if you have a car. They are open during regular business hours. If they are closed upon your arrival, visit them as soon as they are open. You can obtain a temporary pass from security on nights and weekends. If you happen to get a warning ticket, please go to the front office as soon as they are open or security. Smoking Sections are in designated areas of the parking lot. The pools and BBQ's are accessible to all renters. Tennis Courts can be accessed by asking the front office for the code (security will give the code if its after office hours). The code changes every 5 days. *Be sure to check access codes just prior to arrival as we change the codes regularly! Nothing can beat this location! Walk to everything! If you want to get away from the high-priced Kaanapali area and get more of a local feel you have to try Kihei. The weather is known to be better than Kaanapali and there is plenty of shopping, snorkeling, sigh-seeing, golfing, water sports to go around! This area is laid back and affordable...not pretentious or high priced like other popular areas of Maui. Come check it out!! Maui Vista is in the heart of Kihei. Wailea is a 5 minute drive. Lahaina a 30-45 minute drive depending on weekend traffic, walk outside your Lanai to the pool. Being a ground floor unit there is no need to carry groceries, luggage or kids very far. We are just steps away from parking and the main walking street along the beach. All that you need is steps away... There is free on-site parking. You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, the beach, many outdoor activities. Bus stops are nearby, rent a bicycle, car rentals are available at the airport or Uber your way around! **We also have a second condo which is right next door to this condo!
