Great area to access road to Hana and Haleakala Crater; however, also easy access to beaches and Paia town only 6 miles away. Upcountry living is comfortable, breezy and beautiful with Mountain View’s and nature all around. Waterfalls, bamboo Forrest and hiking trails located only minutes away. There are also two friendly dogs that live on property. There are two structures included with this rental: Structure #1: Bungalow style private, detached bedroom with Queen size memory foam bed. Bedroom includes armoire and small dining table with chairs. Bedroom does not have AC but fan is available for use, wifi with great signal. Bungalow is located in the back corner of the property away from the main house. BATHROOM IS ABOUT 20 FOOT WALK FROM BUNGALOW. Structure #2: Bathroom/Kitchenette Included is additional structure with private bathroom and Kitchenette. Kitchenette includes basic dishes and cooking utensils, pots, pans, microwave, hot plate, mini fridge, water heater, water filter and coffee press. The bathroom has some quirks to consider. Shower is at set temperature and can not be adjusted. Please note the bathroom is about a 20 foot walk outdoors from private structure so this space may not be ideal for everyone. Both spaces are private and for solely for your use during your stay. You are welcome to place table outside on lanai to enjoy nature. Make yourself comfortable utilizing all the spaces! Paia Town, Ho’okipa, beaches and sea turtles about 6 miles away. Makawao forest hiking trails, waterfalls and beautiful bamboo forests only minutes from location. 1.5 blocks away from bus stop. Kranks bike shop within walking distance if you like cruising that way The bus stop is about 1.5 blocks away and easily within walking distance. Please note that the Maui bus system is limited so I definitely recommend renting a car throughout your stay. 2 friendly dogs live on property.
