We offer a 3000 sf home fully furnished and decorated for a relaxing and quiet mountain experience. The home is large enough for family reunions, shared friend vacations and small group retreats, or just a single family that wants room to spread out. PLEASE - NO PARTIES, LOUD OUTDOOR GATHERINGS OR MUSIC. Our home is in a regulated and restricted mountain community. Rates depend on final confirmed occupancy. Our home is located at an elevation of 7450 ft in the gated Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club, 7 miles north of downtown Ruidoso . The homesite sits on a heavily wooded ridge with predominantly southern views of sunrises and sunsets. There are 5 large sized bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and sleeps 10 easily. We have an additional 2500 sf of outside deck area on three levels with spectacular views of Sierra Blanca peak. Parking is limited to four vehicles overnight, no campers or trailers. Off site parking on the street is not allowed except in snow or ice events. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, disposal, stove, dishwasher, utensils, cookware, Keurig Coffee maker and a breakfast bar. Other features include a family dining table (sits 8), vaulted great room w/ fireplace and a separate downstairs media/game room with full wet-bar for entertaining. As landlord/owners we respect the privacy of our guests. Because of the home's remote mountain location we have exterior-only (outdoor) motion-sensitive security cameras. There are no cameras on the interior of our home. Our standard check-in time on day of arrival is 4:00 pm, and check-out time on day of departure is 10:00 am unless other arrangements are made with Owner.
