This 1500+ sf condo is completely tiled throughout with 3 over sized bedrooms, updated bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen with all of the extras updates you desire. From the minute you walk into this corner unit (with windows down the entire North side for lots of extra lighting during the day), you will be in awe. Take in those beachfront views from nearly the entire unit, the entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, master suite, and private balcony! There's stainless steel appliances in the full kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and back splash. Plenty of seating at the dining table and extra bar stool seating at the breakfast counter for a quick meal or drink. The spacious living room is perfect for your entire group to relax and watch the fabulous sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy the 55" smart TV for those evenings relaxing at home after a long day at the beach and pool. There is a king sized bed in the master suite, with a flat screen tv, large closet, and an adjoining updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This master bedroom also has access to the beachfront balcony and the beach views can be enjoyed throughout the master bedroom. Enjoy waking up to a beachfront view and hear the waves from bed! The second bedroom also has a king sized bed with it's own flat screen TV, and the third bedroom is complete with 2 queen size beds, flat screen TV and a large closet, with adjoining access to the second updated bathroom. Both bathrooms are identical in style and layout, and feature double vanity sinks and a tub/shower combo. The large balcony overlooking the beachfront pool has plenty of seating for everyone to watch the dolphins swimming by- yes, this happens multiple times a day! The hot tub is beachfront also, over by north building and there is a grill area with a covered picnic area. You can use our beach chairs and umbrella for your convenience. They also rent beach chairs and umbrellas, plus jet skis right behind this building. Talk about some family fun! This building is walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and is close in proximity to Clearwater Beach Pier 60 and John's Pass Historic Fishing Village and Boardwalk. There is one assigned parking spot out front. Full size washer and dryer for your convenience, plus free WIFI in the unit. Please note: this is not a pet friendly unit. Absolutely No Pets. A week before your vacation starts we supply you with check in instructions with directions to the condo, parking instructions, and any codes you need to get into the condo. Your stay includes use of the beach front pool and hot tub, picnic areas, direct beach access, and a BBQ grill area. We also supply you with beach chairs and an umbrella for use during your stay, so you don’t have to worry about the little things! There is one assigned parking spot, and free parking right across the street. While we are not on sight, we are always within an hour or less away. We are here to answer questions and concerns, and be of assistance to you throughout your stay, but will give you absolute privacy for your vacation! We also supply a welcome book with plenty of recommendations for the surrounding areas, so you can share our hometown’s culture, too! Redington Beach is located between Madeira Beach and Indian Rocks Beach! Johns Pass is located just 3.7 miles away with tons to do for the whole family, and Clearwater beach is located just 11.5 miles away, both a short drive! There are tons of restaurants and shops for you to check out within the area and miles of white sandy beaches for you to walk along, too. With so many downtown areas near, you’ll never be without a quick ride. There is also Florida Free Rentals who will pick you up and take you around the beaches for free (tips are recommended). There is also our Jolley Trolley system that goes around all of our beaches which you can pay a daily or weekly fee and not have to stress our parking. If you drove your own car, or have a rental, there are plenty of parking areas wherever you go, Clearwater beach has lots of parking garages, while St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach and Sand Key Park have parking lots with meters, and side streets you can park on. ****Please note: this unit sleeps 8 people total. This includes all Adults, Children and infants. Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years old.**** This condo has been renovated beautifully, and is located on the 5th floor on the very end on the building, with plenty of natural light and views! There is an elevator that brings you up to your floor. The condo is stocked with towels and linens for your stay and a starting supply of toilet paper, soap and dish soap, paper towels and trash bags. There are also beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay. Yes there is free wifi!
