Other things to note UNIT 2 has the following 𝑭𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 • 1-2 pax | use of 1 bedroom (1 air-conditioned room) with 1 Queen size bed • 3-5 pax | use of 2 Bedrooms (1 air-conditioned room) with 1 Bunk bed for double and single. • Fully Equipped Kitchen (Gas stove for cooking, rice cooker, electric water kettle, dining and cooking utensils) • 2 Private toilet and 1 bathroom (With body wash, shampoo and towels) • Smart TV for entertainment with free Wi-Fi and Netflix • Comfy beds with freshly cleaned linens For UNIT 2, kindly take note of the following guidelines: • Unit 2 is a NO PARTYING unit. • Visiting Hours is until 8:00 pm only. Unpaid number of pax within the premises beyond 8pm will be considered as UNDECLARED GUESTS and will be included on the number of pax who stayed at the unit (₱450/pax). • The exterior of the unit is heavily monitored by CCTVs. • Minors must always be accompanied by an adult. • We don't provide iron inside the unit to avoid any unnecessary burns. • Clean as You Go Policy: Please maintain the cleanliness of the unit during your stay. • Strictly no smoking/vaping inside the unit. • No pets allowed. • Unit 2 uses a water tank system, so please turn off water faucets when not in use. The tank refills every night. • All linens are washed after each guest. Whole unit was cleaned and disinfected before next use. • Only Street parking is available. We offer street parking for our guests. 🚗✨ The neighborhood is safe and we’re happy to share that we haven’t had any complaints from our past guests regarding parking. Many of our visitors find it convenient and hassle-free. Parking may be near the proximity of the unit but may or may not be exactly in front of the unit.
