The Kona Palm Retreat is a private villa that’s a 5-minute drive from Kailua Kona town. The accommodation's are very private and well appointed. I designed the home myself and set up the Air BNB to be completely private with its own private gardens, large porch, separate entry, parking, BBQ, Hot Tub and hammock swinging under the palm trees. Our accommodations are very clean and well appointed The Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared. Enter the property through a private gate and drive down the 250 foot long palm lined driveway surrounded by lush tropical foliage and expansive lawns. The accommodation is also surrounded by lush tropical foliage, palm trees, birds and flowers. The outside Lāna'i (porch) is really popular with our guests, it has a dining table for four and comfortable chairs for relaxing and views of the gardens. There is also a private hot tub and grill area that is just for you and your guests. It is not not shared with anybody and the hot tub is professionally serviced weekly. The interior of the home is tastefully furnished, with lots of windows and natural light. We have provided just about everything we could imagine that you might possibly need while you are in Hawaii. We provide snorkel gear and fins for four, a beach umbrella, cooler, four beach chairs, for your day at the beach. This equipment is provided free of charge. We also provide a full size washer and dryer, with laundry soap. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are also included in the bathroom. Starter coffee, tea and creamers are also included. The furniture is comfortable and we provide a large screen smart TV, Apple TV, and high-speed fiber optic Internet service. The Kona Palm Retreat has just about everything you could possibly need for your vacation in Hawaii. Our Air BNB is completely private with its own parking space, private entrance, private Lanais and no shared spaces. We provide a code to the main gate, key to the accommodation and clear directions for self check in. Our accommodation is well appointed with just about everything you will need for your stay and is surrounded by tropical landscaping, flowers and lawns. There are multiple outdoor seating areas and a 250 foot long gated private driveway. The Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared. We may not meet, but myself or our caretaker are available at any time if there is anything you need, feel free to text or call. The home is part of a community of 1-3 acre parcels, surrounded by palms, flowers, wild pheasants, turkeys, doves, and parrots. It is best to rent a car for your visit. There is very little public transportation on the Big Island but we do have UBer and Lyft. Kailua Kona Town, shopping and the ocean are just 5 minutes away, yet when you are here at the Kona Palm Retreat you feel like you are in a Tropical Paradise. Our property is reflective of the true tropical nature of Hawaii, with lush gardens, expansive lawns, 100s of palm trees and very close to Kailua Kona town, the ocean restaurants and shopping. When the entry gate closes, you are in your own tropical paradise.
