We are nearby and on-call 24/7. Direct bookings are also accepted. ABOUT OUR GUESTS: Our apartments are a perfect fit for travelers who do not want to chance being disappointed with their accommodations. We attract couples, families, and groups of friends who are respectful and enjoy the low-key, historic vibe of Cape May. The hallway door is labeled. CHECK-IN: The front door security code (easy to use electronic lock) is provided the day of check-in when you confirm your arrival time. We can either meet you at the house, or you may do a self check-in. The keys will be in your apartment along with some basic guest information (WiFi, house rules, etc.) We live nearby and can always be reached on our cell phones if you need assistance or have any questions at check-in and throughout your stay. If you have physical limitations and need help carrying your luggage, please let us know in advance. Each of our four apartments is totally separate from the rest. The only interior common area in the house is the front hallway and main staircase. The front porch with rockers, side courtyard with gas BBQ grill/tables and outdoor shower are common areas. In addition, each apartment has its own outdoor area (deck or porch), as shown in the listing. You will have your own apartment and we respect your privacy...as do our other guests. The Columbia House is located in a safe, convenient and welcoming historic neighborhood at the southernmost tip of New Jersey. Our town's colorful Victorian architecture paired with our meticulously groomed beaches make each every street corner as picturesque as a fanciful vintage postcard. With clearly designated onsite parking, guests are able to come and go as they please. Most of the local destinations are within walking distance or 5 minute drive. NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE. Please keep this in mind when comparing our rates with other rentals. However, it is expected that the apartment is left in good condition in order to have your security deposit returned. LINENS AND TOWELS: -- are NOT provided for SUMMER RENTALS. (The local linen service, 'Linen Ladies', will deliver your order to the house if you prefer not to bring your own. Information is provided upon booking.) -- are provided for off season rentals. PARKING: Our parking area is located behind the house. Please park in the correct parking spot and between the lines. Your apartment has TWO onsite parking spots and it is labeled "Master Suite". (Stack park the second car behind the first car.)
