Kalanikai is a small complex with an 'old-Hawaii' feel. Located in the heart of downtown Kona, it provides conveniences in a lush Hawaiian setting. Walk a block to the oldest church in the Hawaiian Islands, as well as along the sea wall, pier, and to restaurants, and the farmer's market and to snorkeling beaches. Our home has a large screened lanai and a washer and dryer. We provide beach chairs, and beach towels. Iron Man week has a 7 day minimum. Couples and adults You will love the salt water pool and BBQ area. We have a designated parking place for guests. We are available by phone and email. Kalanikai is located in Kailua Village, right in town. You can walk to the ocean and snorkeling or to the many restaurants on the bay front. Check in any time after 3:00 pm. Turn off lights, AC, fans when you leave the condo. Park in your assigned space. Wash sand off all beach equipment before you return it to the condo. Shower by the pool. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival and your approximate time of departure.
