Tables in the living room lift up for laptops, games, or eating. Livingroom is also stocked with plenty of board games for kids and adults. The arcade game console has the classic X-men arcade game, where 4-players can play at once, and the console also contains other classic arcade games. Bedroom 1: King Bed with trundle underneath. Smart TV, private en-suite bathroom with double vanity, and access to screenroom and deck. All bedding and extra bedding provided. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with trundle underneath. All bedding and extra bedding provided. Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with trundle underneath. All bedding and extra bedding provided. KITCHEN/DINING: The dining area has room for at least 4, in view of the living room, with cushioned chairs. Kitchen is stocked with just about everything you need - coffee, Keurig, hot water maker, pots/pans, towels, paper towels, dishware, kids dishware, silverware, wine glasses, and also paper plates and plastic cups if you prefer. LAUNDRY: Laundry room is free to use, with high-efficiency washer and dryer, and comes with detergent and dryer sheets. OUTSIDE: Outdoor picnic table, outdoor seating on deck with a firepit, and regulation size cornhole, plus a large, fully fenced backyard that is very private. MASTER: Comfortable King Bed with private bathroom and access to porch/backyard. There is also a trundle bed under the master bed, a pack n play already set up, and a spare air mattress (air mattress and pack n play are in the walk-in closet) BEDROOMS: The two other bedrooms each have 1 Queen Bed and 1 Trundle bed under the Queens so the extra beds are there if you need them, or out of the way if you don't. Extra pillows and blankets are available in each closet Guests have access to the whole house and yard during their stay. There is also a closet in each bedroom. Each guest is provided with a unique code to the door upon check-in, and with that you are able to check-in and check-out on your own. The house has outdoor only security cameras for your safety and is licensed and monitored by a central alarm system which includes burglary, fire, CO, and medical response (we hope you never need them, but are there just in case). We allow pets, but please ensure they do not damage anything, and please clean up after them in the yard. We ask that you keep things neat, but there is no need to do any chores upon checkout; we just ask that you remove all garbage and lock everything up.
