Enjoy lake toys like kayaks & paddleboards, or relax on the screened-in porch. Conveniently located within minutes of boat ramp and I-85 exit, Lakeview Cottage is the perfect getaway. The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bedroom 1: King w/ hall ensuite, connected to a secondary room w/ twin day bed Bedroom 2: Queen w/ access to a shared jack and jill bathroom Bedroom 3: Twin/twin bunk & a single twin bed w/ access to a shared jack & jill bathroom BATHROOMS: Bathroom 1: Hallway bathroom for bedroom 1 w/ a whirlpool tub, shower, & double vanity Bathroom 2: Jack & Jill shared bathroom for bedrooms 2 & 3 w/ a tub/shower combo TVs: Living Room: 50” Secondary Room w/ Day Bed: 40” KITCHEN: Full sized kitchen with all full sized appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and a new gas cooktop. SMALL APPLIANCES: 4-slice toaster, blender, rice cooker, 3.5qt crockpot, waffle maker, immersion hand blender, Keurig, drip coffee maker, kettle, coffee bean grinder, electric hot plate LIVING ROOM: There is a large sectional in the living room, along with a 50" tv and a gas fireplace. (November -March) LAUNDRY: There is a full laundry room off of the kitchen with plenty of counter space to fold your laundry. There is an iron and an ironing board in the laundry room. INDOOR DINING: Seating for up to 10 at the table with leaf extender. Seating for 3 at the bar. INDOOR GAMES: The games can be found in the white Hoosier cabinet in the living room. We have: dominoes, backgammon, uno, jenga, puzzles, monopoly, 2 decks of cards, battleship, mind the gap, EXIT (the game) GRILL: There is a small charcoal grill on the back deck. There is a small propane grill below the back deck. OUTDOOR GAMES: We have cornhole boards that can be found on the front porch. OUTDOOR SEATING: Seating for 6 on the screened in porch. Seating for 4 on the deck. Seating for 2 by the dock. Seating for 2 on the front porch. DOCK: We have a single story boat dock. The owner keeps their boat in the slip but you are more than welcome to tie your boat up on the side of the dock. There is a hanging swing and chairs on the dock. PATHWAY TO DOCK: The pathway to the dock is a paved walkway of about 85 feet. It is slightly downhill but it is a very short walk. WATER DEPTH: As of March 2, 2026, there is 9 feet of water directly off of our dock. LAKE TOYS: There are 2 one person paddle boards that can be found under the back deck. There are 2 one person kayaks that can be found on the dock. PARKING: We have enough room for 3-4 vehicles to fit, depending on the size of the vehicle. EXTRA ITEMS: There is a portable crib with changing table attachment located in the guest bedroom closet. Other things to note CHECK IN: 4PM CHECK OUT: 10AM CLEANING: We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in. LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
