Warm cozy and cozy detached house in the middle of nature. Centrally located, so major cities like Amsterdam can be reached within an hour. Nearby, there is a lot of greenery and lots to do and also in and around the house it is wonderful to stay. You have access to a spacious garden with a lovely seat, hammock, fire pit, pizza oven and BBQ. Includes use of wellness garden with Jacuzzi, wood-fired sauna and outdoor shower, which you can use free of charge and privately after booking. The space The cottage has on the ground floor a toilet, living room with dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a spacious landing. At the cottage you can park (free of charge) and you have a spacious garden at your disposal, including use of the wellness garden (Jacuzzi, wood-fired sauna and outdoor shower). In the immediate vicinity there are many possibilities for walking and cycling or other nice trips. But due to its central location in the country, you can also reach Amsterdam within the hour or in Utrecht by half an hour. Guest access The entire house and garden are only for the use of the tenants. Nothing is shared. The wellness garden can be used after reservation and is then privately available. At other times, the wellness garden can also be used by others. The rental rate includes use of the wellness garden.
