Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is a short walk to Kailua Village with coffee, restaurants, nightlife, shops, pier, museum, and many activities. You’ll love our condo because of the location, the views, and the ambiance. Our place is good for couples & families (max. of 6 guests). You can see, hear and smell the ocean. Alii Cove is a quiet, gated community with large swimming pool, spa, barbeques with patio, and workout gym. Honl's beach is across the street. The condo is fully equipped. Hawaii Tax ID W83669643-01. The condo is very well kept. this is our second home and very special to us. It is well equipped and within walking distance to town fo raccess of morning coffee, many shops and eateries. It has 2 parking reserved parking spaces very close to the condo frontdoor entrance. the grounds are meticulously kept. It is a safe gated community and has spectacular ocean views. Not on sight but can be reached by phone for any questions or problems. ACROSS FROM OCEAN, GATED COMMUNITY, LESS THAN A 1 MILE WALK 1/2 BLOCK FROM THE CONDO. VILLAGE. QUIET AND VERY SAFE. WONDERFUL OCEAN VIEWS, PEACEFUL. THE KAILUA TROLLEY RUNS DOWN ALII DRIVE IN FRONT OF THE CONDO, IT HAS STOPS LESS THAN 1/2 BLOCK FROM THE CONDO. REGULAR AS WELL AS ELECTRIC BIKES ARE ALSO FOR RENT ALONG ALII DRIVE LESS THAN 1 MILE FROM THE CONDO. TAXI'S ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FOR LONGER JAUNTS. LYFT AND UBER MAY ALSO BE AN OPTION. Please note that the State of Hawaii has a 14.50% tax rate. These taxes are Excise and Transient tax and which will need to be included in your quote and collected separately by the host. Also please read about the energy allotment of $250.00 and electricity charges that may apply if over the allotment. Is addressed in the Rental Agreement and by owner via conversation.
