This comfy, tropical, studio is located in Kailua-Kona village, minutes away from shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Pacific ocean. White sand beaches, as well as incredible snorkeling spots, and surfing spots are easily accessible, and just a short walk or drive down Ali’i Drive. The space is a cozy, comfortable, roomy 400 sq. ft. studio. Nicely furnished and complete with a full use kitchenette, a bathroom, (with stand-up shower), queen sized memory foam bed and queen size convertible sofa. There is also a twin sized memory foam pull out ottoman bed. Also included is a 39 inch HD TV, a blue tooth speaker system for your music, a dresser and large armoire. There is an air conditioner, as well as a ceiling fan, and a large lanai with a tropical garden view. I also supply boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a fair amount of beach towels. There is 24 hr. security on the property, as well as well lit paths for walking at night, and a friendly receptionist in the lobby until midnight, every night. The place is truly a little slice of paradise at an unbeatable price. Guests have access to free Wi Fi inside the studio, (Wi Fi password is printed clearly on the router box) There’s a great swimming pool/Jacuzzi/Bar-B-Q area, accessible with your room key. Vending machines for drinks and snacks, are located in the reception area. A laundry facility, (coin operated) is available on property, and accessible with your room key. Parking is free. However! Spaces are limited and available on a first come first severed basis. Spaces usually fill up by 6pm. A room cleaner is available upon request for an additional fee. You are 100 ft.(or so) from the ocean, and not much further then that from shops and restaurants. If you have any additional question I will make myself available to answer them The neighborhood itself is truly quaint and gorgeous. You are located right next door to a Hawaiian farmers market, shops and restaurants, art galleries, and of course the ocean is always right there to view. You can easily get through the entire village of Kailua on foot, but a public bus is available all day long for about a buck. It will take you downtown or any of the local beaches. There is one very slight draw back to my beautiful studio. It is located on the 3rd floor, and the building does not have an elevator. If you're traveling with huge, bags, and you're not in decent shape physically, you might have a problem.
