COVID-19 UP update as of June 29, 2020- South Padre Island is open! The beach at this property is open! You may have heard that Cameron County has ordered the closure of County Parks and County Beach access areas. This property does not fall within this area, the beach is open. You will be able to have a safe and peaceful stay in our property, with unlimited access to the beach and less people around. We are following every health guideline provided by the City of South Padre Island, and we do encourage you to follow it. For your safety and the safety of others, please comply to help to avoid the spread of COVID-19. Face coverings are required, and guests should continue to maintain social distancing of at least six feet. You will, however, have to comply with the curfew timeline provided by Cameron County Judge (shelter-in-place, curfew for all persons aged seventeen (17) and under shall be imposed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. unless accompanied by a parent or guardian or for providing essential services. Shelter-in-place, curfew for all persons aged eighteen (18) and over shall be imposed from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., unless that person is out for an emergency, or for providing essential services.). Everyone must continue to follow the Centers for Disease and Control Preventions, Governor's and County's guidelines to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus. During your stay we kindly ask you to follow the property management's recommendations, for the safety and security of all guests and team members. Recommendations include: • Maintain Social Distancing / limit interaction with anyone outside your party • Wear face coverings while walking on the property and visiting local businesses. • Maintain Social Distancing while using the pools / a limit of 5 people at the jacuzzi will be strictly enforced. • Beach shade structures will be separated by a minimum of 15 feet / limited chairs per structure​​​​​​​ • BBQ grills rentals will be limited to maintain social distancing • Elevators: 5 persons per elevator/avoid mixing households Cleaning Products and Protocols: We care about your safety and are taking necessary steps to make sure we can procure and use virus-killing products approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency as well as the protective equipment our housekeeping team needs for their operations. Our team uses cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Check out time is 11:00 am. • This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. You are allowed to bring up to 2 small family dogs or cats. • Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property. • Our condominiums are for vacationing families only. Minimum age to rent is 21 (except for spring break, minimum must be 23) and must be present during the entire stay.
