So my belongings are here but I leave plenty of space for guests to put their clothing and there is plenty of space in the fridge and pantry! And the good thing about that is there are some really nice features of the condo that wouldn't be in a normal vacation rental such as a really spacious sectional couch, a bidet in the bathroom, a real office desk and work station. I've listed more of the features at the bottom of this description. It is in a legal Vacation rental condo complex, the extremely popular Maui Vista Resort. Resort has 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, and multiple BBQ areas. It's a very cute 588 s.f. one bedroom/one bathroom condo on the sunny side of Maui! Walk to fabulous Kihei beaches (Charley young beach park is right across the street from the complex and Kamaole beach parks 1 and 2 just a little further south) and Kihei town, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, health food store, general store, salons, pharmacy, a park, boutiques, Snorkel/bike rental. Super location! I will be your hostess and available by text for any questions about Maui, I grew up here and know a lot about the island! I'm super into natural, sustainable living so all the toiletries and cleaning supplies are all natural and/or organic. The sheets and towels I've ordered since I've taken ownership are all cotton :) The kitchen is fully equipped for the days you want to stay in and create a meal to be eaten in the comfortable condo or on the porch! There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a large sectional couch in the living room that can be slept on. The bed in the bedroom is the Sealy Lake Tai model queen bed. Some upgrades: I have replaced the patio furniture this year to be taller and in line with watching the sunset and had hooks installed on patio walls to hang your wet swimsuits and towels after swimming :) Also a high powered AC designed to keep the whole unit cool year round! And our cable went digital, so we have digital cable in the living Room. We also have a DVD player and assorted DVD's as well as Roku streaming and Amazon Prime, Netflix and Disney Plus. Some other lovely features: Blackout curtains, Bathtub in the bathroom, bidet in the bathroom. An office workstation with solid wood desk and ergonomic office chair. There is well a large monitor and keyboard and mouse you can plug in to with your laptop. There's a printer you can either plug into or do wireless printing. Paper shredder. Air purifier in the bedroom, aromatherapy diffuser, hair dryer stand for hands free hair drying. In the kitchen, there's a toaster oven with air fryer feature, there's a rice cooker with steamer basket on top, good kitchen knives, stainless steel and glass cookware, electric can opener, organic dried herbs and spices for cooking with. Good cooking oil and high quality salt! Aloha! You will have access to the entire one bedroom condo as well as the complex amenities: Pool, BBQ and Tennis courts.
