This is the upper unit of the house featuring 5 bedrooms. There is garage parking for 1 car (shared garage with one other unit). All other parking is street parking where available. There is a laundry in the garage that is shared by both the lower and upper units. THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE HOME: - No Smoking on the property - NO EXCEPTIONS (both inside and outside the property). - Note - construction work may be in progress during stay. Construction will commence from 9am-5pm. The beach balcony will not be affected, however, the entrance area due to roofing project will be ongoing. This is one single property that is separated for rental by 1st floor (3beds/2baths) and 2nd floor (5beds/3baths - this unit) with a private entrance for each unit. The entire house is available for large families. These homes can be rented separately or together depending upon what works best for you. This property is NOT considered a luxury property and is a comfortable beachfront location priced accordingly. Beachfront properties face harsh conditions daily from the salt air and sand, please make sure you are comfortable with this before booking.
