Newly remodeled, our Penthouse Condominium is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Punta de Mita. Just steps from the beach, the project is gated with 24 hour security, pool/hot tub, and a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. It is perfect for two couples or a family of two adults and 2-4 children. Our unit is within 5 minutes walking distance to dining and shopping. The beach in front of the condominium is great for surfing, snorkeling, fishing, paddle boarding, and relaxing. The space Our unit is an open floor plan that accesses a large patio overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It is comfortably decorated - promoting a relaxing vibe for you and your guests. Each bedroom has a king size bed with an on-suite bath. Our kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living and dining areas. At 1500 square feet, our top floor unit is quiet,spacious and has incredible views of the beach and the mountains of Cabo Corriente. There is an elevator in the building for easy access. Guest access A maximum of 6 guests have access to the project's pool and hot tub. There are shade structures by the pool and plenty of lounge chairs for guests. iOur project has tennis court on property. Guests are allowed to park one car in front of the building. Other things to note We don't have cable TV, but do have internet access from our TV. We have both Netflix and Amazon Prime. You can also stream movies and such from your laptop to the TV.
