The bathroom is spacious with a large countertop, a large shower room and a warm towel rack. The guest house has a double bed and a bathroom with a towel rack. Beside the guest house is an outside shower, perfect to use before entering the hot tub. The design of the house is outstanding and well thought out. It has floor to ceiling windows, open space, hardwood floor, natural stone tiles, designed lighting and with one of the most advanced and environmentally friendly floor heating systems installed in houses today. The heating system is perfect and we can guarantee you a warm and cozy house in the winter time. The house is designed by one of our greatest architects, Guðfinna Thordarson, that has also designed many other modern houses in Iceland. On the large patio surrounding the house is a nice hot tub that fits up to 7 people, outdoor shower, barbecue grill and comfortable outdoor seating.
