The air-flow typically comes down off the mountains in the evening and off the ocean in the morning so I recommend keeping windows open so there is good flow. You will often see friendly bright green Madagascar Day Geckos which are common in Hawaii and sometimes it takes getting used to having them around, especially if you are an urban dweller. They eat fruit, nectar and mosquitoes and it's good luck to have them around. You will have access to the swimming pool and common grounds. The condo has new 55" TV, large cooler, beach chairs, fins, water booties and boogie boards. You can use these on the honor system and if you break or lose, please replace them.
