Your spacious studio is 30% of the condo with a separate locked entrance. The other 65% is our one bdrm - also separate locked entrance - but often it’ll be empty unless it’s me, and you’ll be advised ahead of time but won’t even notice anyone is there. 5% is the entry hallway.
