One mile from Keauhou Shopping Center, four miles from Kailua Village each has restaurants, shopping, entertainment and a farmers market. The location is fantastic, away from the crowds with beach access and scuba entry spots across the street! It is a safe, quiet and residential yet just 7 min to town. Restaurants and grocery stores are literally just down the road, north and south. We are 15 min from Costco and about 25 minutes/12 miles from the airport. We are also only about 15 minutes from the Honokohau Harbor -and 7 min from the Kailua-Kona pier (downtown) which are the only places where the dive boats depart. Car, bicycle and scooter rentals readily available as well as cabs and public transportation. Bus stops are located less than 1/2 mile away.
