During your stay, you can also explore nearby attractions such as the Charco Azul Trail, a short hike through the forest and viewpoints leading to a crystal-clear natural pool; the Pacora River, ideal for swimming in a natural setting; the Cerro Jefe Forest Reserve, perfect for hiking, birdwatching, and panoramic views; as well as cozy cafes, local restaurants, and natural viewpoints ideal for taking photos or simply admiring the morning mist. Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. You can message me to coordinate another time depending on availability. 2. Check-out: By 12:00 p.m. Please take the trash in sealed bags and leave it in the residential dumpster, located near the security gate. The keys must be placed in the lock box at the main entrance on the right. 3. Smoking inside the house and discarding cigarette butts or trash on the ground, green areas, or common areas is strictly prohibited. Immediate penalty: fine from USD 400 to USD 1,200, depending on severity and recurrence. 4. Parties or events are not allowed without the host’s express authorization. 5. Entry of unregistered persons is strictly prohibited. 6. After 10:00 p.m., it is forbidden to make loud noises or play music at high volume. 7. Pets are only allowed if they are trained, clean, and under supervision. Any damage caused will be the guest’s responsibility. 8. All furniture, appliances, and utensils must be used properly and kept in the same condition as they were delivered. 9. Turn off lights, fans, and appliances when leaving or when not in use. 10. Any damage, loss, or misuse of the property or its belongings will result in an additional charge according to the replacement or repair value. 11. It is strictly forbidden to throw trash in rivers, lakes, or trails. Park fine: over USD 2,000. 12. We reserve the right of admission and stay. Any violation of these rules or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate cancellation of the stay, with no right to a refund. Other things to note Access is comfortable and suitable for sedan cars. Being in the mountains, in some seasons there may be occasional and brief power outages.
