Other things to note One flight of steps is required to access the front door This is the bottom floor of a duplex, so you might occasionally hear some light noise from the other unit. Most guests don’t find it disruptive, but we like to mention it just in case. Maximum number of vehicles that may be parked in the driveway is 2. A third vehicle may be blocked in the street blocking the driveway if needed. No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. No Proms/HS graduation groups The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in. All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services.
