The NUTT HOUSE is a chalet style house with three levels, two proper bedrooms and three bathrooms, one on each level. There is a queen size futon in the living room. The bedrooms are nicely separated for privacy. One is on the third floor and the other is on the first floor (master with sitting room and fireplace), with the main living area on the second floor. The house is nestled in the pines of a quiet neighborhood amongst the Sacramento Mountains and is very close to all that Ruidoso has to offer. Often at dawn and dusk, deer can be seen wandering through the yard. There is a spacious deck off the main level which has a view of the Gavilan Ridge. There is a nice outdoor area with a charcoal grill for your use. There are three new flat screen TVs in the home, one in each bedroom, and a 55 inch smart TV in the living room. There is ample seating in the dining room for six and then seating for four in the booth in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and has been updated with hickory cabinets, solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances. A full-size washer and dryer are available along with some board games and books for a take and leave library. Free wifi is available along with dish satellite. For the summer, the house has split air conditioners along with fans and the Ruidoso breeze to keep you cool. In the winter months, central heat and a fireplace are available to keep warm and a mud room with outside entrance is available for excellent space to store your ski and cold weather gear. During the Christmas season, the house will be decorated with a tree and a few decorations for your enjoyment. The Nutt House is a wonderful cabin that allows you to relax and enjoy yourself.
