Charming, bright apartment in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Private two-room, one-bath apartment, located on the second floor of a residential home. Just 25 minutes drive from Newark Airport and a 10-minute walk to downtown and the train station with direct train to NYC Penn Station. 🚗*Please note that we offer 1 parking space on the driveway. Due to the heavy snowfall last week and remaining snow on the street, street parking may not be safe at this time. The space Before you book this apartment, I want to make sure you have all the information you need. Please keep in mind that it’s located on the 2nd floor, which means you’ll need to climb stairs. I understand that this might be a consideration for some guests. You’re going to love how sunny it is here! The many windows let in plenty of natural light, and there are four closets for all your belongings. As you step inside, you’ll find a spacious bedroom featuring a cozy queen-size bed and a walk-in closet (and yes, we provide an iron and hangers for your convenience!).Room has 65 inch TV with Netflix streaming service. The second room has a new comfy sofa bed, just let me know if you’d like me to set it up for you before your arrival! In the bathroom, you’ll find clean towels, a toothbrush, and toothpaste for each guest. We also make sure to stock it with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, so you can relax and enjoy your time here without worrying about the little things. When it comes to the kitchen, you’re all set! It’s fully stocked with pots, pans, lids, baking essentials, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, and waffle maker. You'll also find utensils, plates, cups, and mugs, making it easy to whip up your favorite meals! Looking forward to welcoming you! Other things to note *One car parking offered on driveway *We understand that traveling with family or friends can make your stay even more enjoyable. Our nightly rate is designed for two guests, and we do have a small extra fee of $30 for each additional person per night, as well as a $65 fee for each pet during their stay. Please note that we can accommodate a maximum of four guests. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and look forward to making your stay comfortable! *SERVICE ANIMALS must remain under the handler’s control at all times. Leaving a service animal unattended in the apartment is NOT permitted and will result in cancellation of the booking.
