The space Villa features 2 interconnected bedrooms, perfect for a family with one child. Access the pool directly from the kitchen. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, while the second has a single bed and desk. Both rooms come with wardrobes and TVs. There’s a shared bathroom with a shower. The dining area includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a TV, and a guest toilet. Please note that there is no living room. We provide kitchen utensils, a BBQ grill, towels, and a washing machine, ensuring guests feel right at home. Guest access All our villas' guests get free access to Rawai Park - kids park with kids swimming pool and inside air-conditioning playground (special events and trampoline/interactive zones are subject to extra charge). **Park is closed for deep cleaning every last Monday of the month beside public holiday. Other things to note On check-in security deposit is required. The amount depends on the rental term: 1-10 nights - 5,000 THB 11-20 nights - 10,000 THB 21-30 nights - 20,000 THB Security deposit can be left in any currency and is subject to refund on check-out date after villa inspection.
