Welcome to our comfortable, homey, 2 level condo with views of the tropical courtyard, pool and ocean beyond. The master bedroom is a loft overlooking the living space & the second bedroom is on the main level. Luana Kai in Kihei, features an outdoor pool, a putting green, tennis courts & jacuzzi. The location is oceanfront with a beautiful walking beach, and there are many great swimming beaches minutes away. This vacation rental is on the third floor with no elevator. Unfortunately we do not have air conditioning but we do have ceiling fans & portable fans that keep things cool & circulate the air. Kihei is a wonderful alternative to the the hustle bustle of Lahaina & Kaanapali. It is primarily made up of vacation rentals along the beach and it is perfect for families. It is also the idea location for getting to nearby Wailea, the Up Country, as well as the Kahaului airport. Guests will be able to acess all space except for a locked owners closet at the base of the stairs. Additionally we have a closet filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards for taking to the beach. And we have plenty of beach towels. Pool area is open 9a.m.-8pm.
