There are so many things to see and do close to the apartment. You're a short 5 to 7 minute Uber ride to the Andares shopping mall. The kids museum - Museo Trompo Mágico is right around the corner. The area is very family friendly and you have the Plaza Real Center just a few blocks away which has many fabulous activities for kids like bowling, City Jumper Trampoline park and many other stores. The area is perfect for corporate executives with the new Oracle HQ, Flextronics and several other multinational companies all within a few blocks. Uber is extremely affordable and readily available throughout Guadalajara. Most Uber requests to the building aren't more than a 3 minute wait. You must sign the rental contract before the check-in and I will email it to you. ALL guests must have proper government issued IDs sent before arrival and present at check in. A check in will not be possible without ID, and all guests must be listed on the reservation with Airbnb to be permitted entry. You cannot carry out any illegal activity at the Property or any activity that could be reasonably considered offensive, a disturbance, nuisance or annoyance to the other guests, building residents, Owner or the occupants of neighboring properties.
