General introduction: There are 5 types of rooms for rent in the building 1. Homestay1: on the 4th floor, price is maximum for 2 people with 1 double bed 2. Homestay2: on the 5th floor, price is maximum for 3 people with 1 double bed and 1 single bed 3. Homestay3: includes homestay1 & homestay2, price is maximum for 5 people (when renting homestay3, the price will be cheaper than renting homestay1 & 2 separately) 4. Homestay 4: On 5th floor, price is maximum for 2 people with 1 double bed and 1 single bed 5. Homestay5: on 3rd floor, maximum for 2 people with 1 double bed II. Your rooms: on 4th & 5th floor, fully equipped with all basic necessities 1. The bedroom features: - The room on 4th floor have 1 double bed, the room on 5th floor have 1 double bed and 1 single bed. All beds have 24cm thick spring mattress and full bedding for 5 people. - Each room has the following main equipment: + a private kitchen and a private toilet (outside the badroom) + A desk with a mirror + A hairdryer + A dining table and chairs for 2 and 3 people + A kettle with cups for guests + A 43" smart TV + A 90-liter refrigerator + An 18,000 BTU air conditioner (no heating) + A wardrobe and a shoe shelf + A table lamp + Convenient bedside power outlets. + Every rooms also has a balcony with a street view. 2. Every has a restroom private (outside the badroom and 2m from the bedroom) is fully equipped with: - A toilet - A spray nozzle - Hot and cold shower - Towels, shower gel, and shampoo 3. Every room has a hot and cold sink has a large mirror. It is outside the bathroom, so you can brush your teeth and wash your face and don't have to wait for someone else to finish bathing, very convenient. 4. Every rooms has a small kitchen (outside the bedroom and 2m from the bedroom), includes: - A sink - A small cabinet for dishes - A microwave - dishwashing liquid For added security, there is a surveillance camera outside the each room door. Homestay2: ở tầng 5, giá là tối đa cho 3 người với 1 giường đôi và 1 giường đơn 3. Homestay3: gồm homestay1 & homestay2 or homestay4, giá là tối đa cho 5 người (khi thuê homestay3 thì giá sẽ rẻ hơn so với thuê riêng lẻ từng homestay1 & 2 or4) 4. Homestay4: Ở tầng 5, giá là tối đa cho 2 người với 1 giường đôi và 1 giường đơn 5. Homestay5: ở tầng 3, giá là tối đa cho 2 người với 1 giường đôi II. Phòng của bạn: Phòng nghỉ tại tầng 4 & 5, được trang bị đầy đủ các tiện nghi cơ bản: 1. Đặc điểm phòng ngủ: - Phòng tầng 4 có 1 giường đôi, phòng tầng 5 có 1 giường đôi và 1 giường đơn. Tất cả các giường đều có nệm lò xo dày 24cm và đầy đủ chăn ga gối đệm cho 5 người. - Mỗi phòng có các trang thiết bị chính sau: + bếp riêng và toilet riêng (ngoài phòng tắm) + Bàn có gương + Máy sấy tóc + Bàn ăn và ghế dành cho 2 và 3 người + Ấm đun nước kèm cốc cho khách + Tivi thông minh 43" + Tủ lạnh 90 lít + Một máy điều hòa 18.000 BTU (không sưởi) + Tủ quần áo và kệ giày + Một chiếc đèn bàn + Ổ cắm điện đầu giường tiện lợi. + Mỗi phòng còn có ban công nhìn ra đường phố. 2. Mỗi phòng đều có nhà vệ sinh riêng (ngoài phòng ngủ và cách phòng ngủ 2m) được trang bị đầy đủ: - Một bồn cầu - Một vòi phun - Tắm nóng lạnh - Khăn tắm, sữa tắm, dầu gội 3. Mỗi phòng đều có bồn rửa nóng lạnh có gương lớn. Nó ở bên ngoài phòng tắm nên bạn có thể đánh răng rửa mặt mà không phải đợi người khác tắm xong, rất tiện lợi. 4. Mỗi phòng đều có một bếp nhỏ (ngoài phòng ngủ và cách phòng ngủ 2m), gồm: - Một cái bồn rửa - Một tủ nhỏ để bát đĩa - Lò vi sóng - nước rửa chén Để tăng cường an ninh, ngoài cửa mỗi phòng đều có camera giám sát. There is no service staff - When going out, visitors must bring valuables such as watches, gold, silver, money, etc - The door on the first floor is always open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. The guest tell the barista that you rented a room on the 4th and 5th floor and took the elevator to the room on the 4th and 5th floor. Guests can also leave a little later if no other guests have booked. (the host does not charge additional fees). VIET NAM - Nếu khách đến trước 7h30 và sau 19h30: Khách sẽ tự động mở cửa vào nhà bằng ứng dụng Smart life trên điện thoại để mở cửa cuốn và cửa kính bằng mã. Nếu khách không mở được ổ khóa, chủ nhà sẽ mở cửa ngay sau khi nhận được cuộc gọi của khách Nếu khách chưa biết cài đặt hoặc sử dụng ứng dụng smart life, chủ nhà sẽ hướng dẫn trực tiếp khi gặp trực tiếp. Rất đơn giản (Có hướng dẫn chi tiết tại Hướng dẫn đến/Phương thức nhận phòng/Khóa thông minh) - Nếu khách đến sớm hơn giờ nhận phòng có thể để hành lý tại nhà dân. - Nếu khách đến sớm hơn giờ nhận phòng khoảng 2 tiếng, khách có thể nhận phòng ngay nếu không có khách khác trong phòng. Khách cũng có thể về muộn hơn một chút nếu chưa có khách nào khác đặt trước. (chủ nhà không thu thêm phí).
